How to avoid road rage

Weather your stuck in traffic or somebody has pulled out in front of you, we have all been there! But controlling your anger can be challenging in these situations, So we are here to teach you how to avoid rage rage and will help you to drive calmly and lawfully.



1. Be a kind driver - Allow other drivers to get over into your lane and pass you if needed, helping out other drivers will keep you and them in a more positive state of mind on the roads.

2. Ignore other drivers road rage - If an angry driver is yelling at you and making rude gestures just ignore them. Make sure you keep your eyes on the road and don't yell back. If you confront them it is dangerous for both of you and other drivers!

3. Keep your car a calm environment - Listen to music that is calming and your enjoy, driving should be a positive experience and you should keep calm during your commute.

4. Plan ahead - Being late usually makes you feel impatient so you'll likely to get angry at other drivers. Leave yourself plenty of time and try to avoid traffic/rush hour to help you stay relaxed.

5. Avoid distractions - Turn your phone off and make sure that your full attention is on the roads!

We understand that it may be difficult to stay calm if you are effected by road rage but if you don't react it is the safest option for you and others. Reacting badly will only ruin your commute and leave you in a bad mood so enjoy your journey!
